This was a great app until OS8, now I cannot access anything I stored. Hope it is fixed soon!

Since the iOS 8 upgrade the settings button locks the app up. Also noticed the camera and access to camera roll is acting up. Using iPhone 5

Ive used this app for years and it has worked great - until I upgraded to iOS 8. Now when I click on the icon to export, the entire app locks up and the app has to be closed then reopened in order to use it. Would like to see this fixed ASAP.

After update iOS 8.0 I can use search system from I diary why? Can you fix? Other wise very good.

Are you guys going to update the app to support ios8????!

Please fix the bugs since os8 came out. It freezes every time I use the search button.

Its always been a favorite. It simply no longer works. Sad day...

Except for today, I love your app. I have used it for years. However, I just upgraded to ios 8.0.2 last night and now iDiary doesnt work. I have a 16Gb 4S. When I launch the app, it allows me to enter my password and then it goes to the calendar month screen. After that, your icon in the top left rotates. Then it FREEZES. In my attempt to unstick whatever is broken after I discovered this: I have cycled power a couple of times, restored the phone from factory default once, and force closed the app several times interspersed with shutting down any other apps that may have been running in the background. On a few occasions, it allowed me to select a day of month on the screen, BUT nothing else. That day was highlighted, but thats it. I couldnt change months with arrows up top or use any of the buttons down below. I have a lot of info encrypted in your file, that I cannot access right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Your app is one of my most used apps. Please help me continue to use it. Thank you, Lonny.

The app worked well in the past, but with the latest IOS you cant mark the days to give them a distinct color like you could before. When you tap the screen to highlight a day the whole app freezes and you have to close the app. I havent been able to find a way to contact the developer to see if they are working to fix the problem or if theyre even aware of it. Fix the flaw and I would give it 4 stars.

I have iPhone 5s and since the last iOS update (8.1) this app no longer works. If I try to use any of the settings buttons, the app freezes and I have to break out of it to unfreeze it. This app hasnt been updated since 2010 and has no link to address this issue with developer. Prior to this, I wont say this was the best app of its kind, but I certainly would have given it a better rating.

HELP!!!! File are locked, cannot export or print with IOS 8.1

I upgraded to 8.1.1 and I have lost all my previous entries for the last five years. How do I restore them? Also, the application hangs after I log in. What are you going to do to fix this?

Great app! Used it on my travels, but after recent iOS update (8.1), is hangs when exporting. I hope its still supported, I promise to buy more apps from you if you fix! :)

I used "iDiary Pro" 4+ years daily at work, to track multiple clients and record session SOAP notes, ...etc. It worked perfectly for this.... until the iOS 8.x.x update. Now (after passcode) it allows only ONE screen touch then completely freezes. My I.T. guy really knows his... uh,... IT, and agrees the problem is the App. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • — Attn: "Triple Creeks" — ....WAKE UP AND DO YOUR JOB ! ! ! Your most recent update was in 2010 !! • • • • • • • • • • • • • • P.S.-- Dont even bother going to Triple Creeks website.... because; - a single static homepage - NO "clickable" links - NO "help" - NO contact info anywhere - "YES" a list of their Apps - NO again, because the App list is just text and dead ends right there.

Not working correctly!!! Used it for years it now has an email glitch that wont allow you to email mass entries. Trying to transfer for tax purposes, no way to contact developer!!

Keep freezing. So out of date.

3/9/15. Trash. Do Not Purchase because this developer clearer has no intentions of fixing this broken app. Another take the money and run Dev. This app has a bug in it since the last apple update. Does not allow multiple movements within the app without freezing up. Please Fix. UPDATE: 10/15/14 Attention Developers: It has been over two weeks since Apples major update and your app has not worked properly since then. There has been a substantial amount of time that has past where you could have addressed this issue, so please do so for your loyal customers. The app is currently working at half of its capacity. Please dont be like many of the developers here by just taking the money and run. You have many users of your app so give them what they have paid for. Thank You.

Really did like this app but when iOS updated it freezes after putting in my password....Please fix this bug!

Ive had this app for years. It has been decent though app support or getting to talk to anyone is from what Ive seen impossible. At this point I wouldnt bother with this app unless you want to put up with some things not working AND having no one to tell about it. Its sad too because this was a go-to for me. If you have iOS 8 dont bother at all. Just go to a different developer/app. Oh yeah the web site seems to be for show only as theres nothing to click to get anywhere. Oh well...

Cant get anything to work. No hint, no password, no change password. Very frustrating
