Just purchased. Freezes. Want my money back. How do I reach you????

Freeze, freeze, and freeze. Every time you touch the settings it locks up. Do not waist your time or money.

Dont waste your money if you have anything newer than iPhone 4. Every time I enter a note the app crashes or if I try to attach a picture or use the record feature. If I would have known the app was only going to work for a year I wouldve saved my five dollars and bought a box of pens and a legal pad!

It freezes almost half the time on startup after entering the password -- I have to kill and restart to fix.

I have been using this app for many years. Now I wanted to export the last couple of years of entries but whenever I try to go to that part of the app it freezes. The same thing happens when trying to do a search. I have been unable to communicate with the developer. If anyone knows a way of exporting besides cutting and pasting one entry at a time please post here. Thanks!

Well, this is what happens when all the developers get married and gave kids. They got no more time to update the apps they wrote in their teenage years.

It doesnt deserve even one star but thats the only way I can write the review. I paid $6.99 for this diary because it claims to be encrypted. Turns out it doesnt need to be encrypted as you cant enter anything in out anyway. Why encrypt nothing? 1) App freezes up and I have to restart it EVERY TIME I OPEN IT. 2) Cant put an entry in the diary because THERE IS NO KEYBOARD. 3) No way to contact developers for help. 4) Wasted $6.99. 5) This app should be removed from the App Store. At best it is misleading, at worst its fraud, to sell an app that you KNOW doesnt work. What a bummer. I rarely write reviews but this is so bad its ridiculous. Apple, dont you check apps before you allow them to be in the App Store? I wish I could get my money back. I feel like I was scammed.
